Operational communication

Replies to quote requests, sample planning, delivery confirmation and after-order support may be used as part of the commercial process.

We respond to clarify product, quantity, sizing and delivery information.
Messages about an active quote or order may be sent through recorded channels.
Operational messages are not expanded into unnecessary campaigns or newsletters.

Marketing permissions

Campaign, new product, periodic newsletter or similar promotional messages are managed separately through permission and opt-out preferences.

Permission source, channel and date may be recorded.
After opt-out, the relevant channel is removed from the marketing list.
A B2B quote discussion does not automatically mean indefinite marketing permission.

IYS and opt-out

Commercial electronic message permissions are followed with applicable rules and the Message Management System approach in mind.

Recipients may share approval and opt-out preferences through suitable channels.
Opt-out options inside messages or direct request channels may be used.
Opt-outs are evaluated separately from operational order notifications.

Record and proof

Permission and opt-out records may be retained to apply preferences correctly and support compliance proof.

Channel, permission date, opt-out date and request source may be tracked.
Lists are not shared with unauthorized parties.
Preference requests are processed within a reasonable period.
