Supplier selection

Product or service providers are evaluated by business need, delivery capability, quality expectation and communication transparency.

Product type, quantity, fabric, color, logo and delivery plan are clarified in quotes.
Final production commitment is not created before sample or technical approval.
Stock, price and lead time are confirmed project by project.

Confidentiality and minimization

Customer, employee or supplier information is used only for the related quote and production process.

Size lists and logo files are shared only with necessary teams.
Unnecessary identity, health or sensitive data is not requested.
Brand, logo and specification files are not turned into reference or campaign material without permission.

Product statements

Product descriptions should rely on features that can be verified during quote and technical approval.

Reflective detail, fabric weight, color, print or embroidery application is clarified in the quote appendix.
Certification, standard or test statements should be supported by documents where claimed.
Work environment and safety needs are evaluated together with buyer-side field conditions.

Dispute and correction

If an error, missing information or quality difference is identified, the process continues through written records and agreement.

Revision needs are classified by model, quantity, size, logo or delivery plan.
Corrective actions are clarified with written approval and feasible timing.
Website content is informational; the final commercial document is the written quote and contract.
